Unlimited client work and commercial projects.
Coverage includes personal, business, and agency use.
You may use music for unlimited projects and clients. Unlimited downloads, at the discretion of Legis Music. Abuse of the system and intense bulk downloading of music won't be tolerated.
No attribution required.
Your license is valid forever, even if you cancel your plan in the future.
You MAY:
Use music in monetized content on any platform.
Edit, loop, or remix tracks for use in your projects.
Use tracks for commercial and client work as outlined in your plan.
You MAY NOT:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute music as standalone files.
Upload tracks to music streaming services or libraries.
Use tracks in content that promotes violence, hate, or illegal activity.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payments for the Pro Plan are billed according to your selected term (monthly or annually).
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain lifetime rights to music downloaded during your active plan.
No refunds are issued unless required by law.
All music and content on Legis Music are the property of Legis Music or its content creators. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights — not ownership of the music.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the download facility at our own discretion. Any licenses granted prior to termination will remain valid unless obtained fraudulently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legis Music is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our Services.
Legis Music may revise these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or through the Site. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England
